• Registration confirmations and reminders for seminars, webinars, and events you signed up for
• Responses to questions you send us by text

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting your mobile number, by texting us first, or by giving your mobile number and verbal consent to receive texts during a conversation with us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for, receiving, or purchasing any loan, product, or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in the loan process. You may receive several messages per week during an active application and few or none at other times.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending you messages in this program. You may still receive messages from us through other channels, such as phone calls or email, unless you ask us to stop those as well.

If you opt out and later want to resume, opt in again using any method above.
